General Information:

1. Menu items are representative of what may be available on specific days or times of the week and are subject to change without prior notice. Prices are also subject to change. Banquet prices are charged per person on a non-sharing basis.
2. Children under the age of 10 can dine at half the regular price, with age verification possibly required. Children under 10 and under 150cm in height eat for half price, rounded up to the nearest penny. Those 10 years old are charged the normal price. Children under 3 and 3 years old are charged £3.50. Proof of age and height may be requested in case of any discrepancy regarding banquet pricing.
3. Food and beverages must be consumed on the premises and cannot be taken away. Taking food off the premises is strictly prohibited.
4. A supplementary charge of £5 per plate may be imposed for food wastage and misuse.

Allergies and Dietary Requirements:

1. Prior to availing the banquet services, customers with allergies or dietary requirements should discuss their needs with the restaurant staff.
2. Hot Flame World Banquet will not be held responsible for any inconvenience or discomfort caused by allergies or dietary requirements.

Entry Rules:

1. The maximum seating time is 90 minutes.
2. The management reserves the right to refuse entry to Hot Flame World Banquet.

Public Holidays:

1. Public holidays, including bank holidays, will be charged at the normal Sunday price or other published rates. Special days such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Eve will be charged at a higher rate.
2. For groups of over 8 people during the Festive Season, a non-refundable minimum deposit of £10 per person is mandatory.

Discounts:

1. Hot Flame World Banquet offers various discounts to armed forces, NHS staff, and students at participating restaurants. Proof of identity is required to obtain these discounts, which apply to card or badge holders only.

Payment:

1. Customers can settle their bills with Credit/Debit Cards or cash in (£) Sterling.
2. Hot Flame World Banquet does not accept cheques.
3. Hot Flame World Banquet Diner’s Reward Member points can be redeemed against the customer’s bill where applicable.
4. Customer information will be used for the management of the Diner’s Reward membership scheme, improving service, and providing offers and information about menus and promotions, with full confidentiality and no sharing of information with third parties.

Diner’s Reward Scheme:

1. The Hot Flame World Banquet Diner’s Reward Scheme reserves the right to terminate or alter the scheme at any time without notice.
2. The scheme may be declined or cancelled on reasonable grounds, including abuse, misuse, or dishonesty by members.
3. Participants must be residents of the UK aged 18 and over. Hot Flame employees are not eligible for the scheme.
4. The scheme is only for customer use and points or vouchers cannot be transferred, sold, or traded.
5. To collect points, the Hot Flame World Banquet Diner’s Reward scheme QR code must be presented before paying the bill, with a minimum spend of £1 in a single transaction.
6. Hot Flame World Banquet may limit the number of points awarded for special promotional items.
7. Hot Flame World Banquet Points collected have no monetary value.
8. Only one Diner’s Reward scheme account can be used per bill.
9. Points from a transaction are credited by the end of the working day.
